Long-term rental request

Current prices for our double room & 2-bed room - the single room is occupied until the end of the year.

Monthly rental price : 950.- CHF.for 1 person bsw. 1'500.- CHF. for 2 persons
One-time final cleaning fee : 250.- CHF. ( Not refundable ).
Rental deposit : 950.- CHF. for 1 person bsw. 1'500.- CHF. for 2 persons (will be refunded at the end of the rental period - if there are rent arrears or damages in the room, these will be deducted from the rental deposit).

Smoking is generally prohibited in our guesthouse, there is a possibility to smoke outside the front door from 07:30 to 22:00. We urge our smoking guests to comply with this rule out of consideration for other guests who are non-smokers.
