Short-term room rental

If there are free dates according to the booking calendar (not according to the information below this text – this is only for long-term rentals), it is also possible to book the room for a minimum of 3 nights – maximum 7 nights.

Prices per night:

  • Double bed or 2 bed room occupied by 1 person => 85.00 CHF / night without meals.
  • Double bed or 2 bed room occupied by 2 persons => 139.00 CHF / night without meals.

Bookings can only be made via our room booking form, telephone bookings are not accepted.

Available for long-term rental from 22.10.2025.

2-bed room facilities:

  • Room WITHOUT breakfast / meals
  • Maximum occupancy => 2 adults.
  • Non-smoking room.
  • 2 single beds ( 90 x 200 cm ).
  • Cable TV.
  • Free fast internet connection via W-Lan / WIFI.
  • 45 liter refrigerator in the room.
  • Shared guest WC incl. shower on the first floor – hairdryer.
  • A microwave with grill function is available in the room.
  • The kettle in the kitchen can be used.
  • Crockery is available in the room.
  • Ironing board and iron are available.
  • Check-in between 17:00 and 20:00 (other times by arrangement).
  • Check out between 07:00 and 10:00.

Price 1 person = 950.00 CHF. per month — Rental deposit => 950.00 CHF.

Price 2 persons = 1’400.00 CHF per month — Rental deposit => 1’400,00 CHF.

One-off final cleaning fee of CHF 250.00, due on moving in.

Payments can be made in cash or by bank transfer in advance.

Alternatively via Stripe ( online ) or via Twint – Postfinance-Card or credit card on site ( each plus fees of 3.5% of the amount ).

We also accept a rental guarantee from SwissCaution, our partner for rental guarantees:

If not available, compulsory private liability insurance in the amount of CHF 15.00 / month.
