The reservation will be confirmed in writing by Pension Susanna. <\/li><li>There is no claim to a specific room &#8211; we offer the respective free room for long-term rent at the indicated monthly rent.<\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Personal details<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>Please bring the following documents with you:<\/p><ul><li>Valid ID, we will make a copy of the ID for our records and any checks by the residents&#8217; registration office.<\/li><li>Current debt collection excerpt<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Rental prices<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Single room &#8211; occupancy 1 person = 850.00 CHF. \/ month <\/li><li>Double bed room &#8211; occupancy with 1 person = 950.00 CHF \/ month<br>Double bed room &#8211; occupancy with 2 persons = 1.500,00 CHF \/ month <\/li><li>2-bed room &#8211; occupancy with 1 person = 950.00 CHF \/ month<br>2-bed room &#8211; occupancy with 2 persons = 1,500.00 CHF \/ month   <\/li><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"> <\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">  Rent payments<\/span><br><\/strong><\/p><ul><li style=\"text-align: left;\">Payment for the stay is made directly to the hostess on arrival, or in advance by bank transfer to our postal account (payment MUST arrive before arrival).<\/li><li>We accept the first rental payment on arrival in cash in CHF or EURO, or via TWINT &#8211; Postfinance-Card or credit card in CHF (plus fees of 3% of the amount). <\/li><li style=\"text-align: left;\">Subsequent rental payments should be made in cash, by bank transfer or by TWINT &#8211; Postfinance Card or credit card in Switzerland (plus a fee of 3% of the amount). <\/li><li>The payment deadline for rental payments is the 5th of the month at the latest.<\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Extension of the stay<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"text-align: left;\">We must be informed immediately if an extension is desired.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: left;\">An extension is only possible if the room has not already been rented to someone else.<\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Notice period<br><\/strong><\/span><\/p><ul><li>The notice period for long-term tenants is at least 14 days to the respective expiration date.<\/li><li>Cancellation must be reported immediately so that Pension &#8211; 90.00 CHF. \/ night \/ 2 persons   <\/li><li>22 to 30 days 35.00 CHF. \/ night 45.00 CHF. \/ night \/ 1 person &#8212; 75.00 CHF. \/ night \/ 2 persons   <\/li><li>If you leave earlier in the first 2 months, the price will be calculated according to the above list.<\/li><li>In the event of an early departure after the first 2 months, the price will be charged at a daily rate of CHF 35.00 in a single room and CHF 45.00 in a double room per night and person, e.g. CHF 90.00 in a 2-bed room for 2 persons per night.    <\/li><li>The final invoice is to be paid immediately before moving out; rent already paid will be credited.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Rental agreement &amp; final cleaning fee &amp; deposit<\/span><\/strong><\/p><ul><li>When moving in, a standard tenancy agreement is issued for an indefinite period or a limited period if the rental period is fixed in advance. <\/li><li>A one-off final cleaning fee of CHF 250.00 is payable together with the rental deposit.<\/li><li>The rental deposit is 1 month&#8217;s rent + the final cleaning fee of CHF 250.00 and is payable on moving in.<ul><li>Single bed room =&gt;850,00 CHF<\/li><li>Double room &#8211; occupancy with 2 persons =&gt; 1&#8217;500,00 CHF<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>We also accept a rental guarantee from SwissCaution, further information and registration at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swisscaution.ch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/www.swisscaution.ch.<\/a><br>Apply in advance for a provisional rental guarantee certificate from SwissCaution, which you should present to us before we conclude a rental agreement.<br>We will issue you with a rental agreement template for presentation to SwissCaution.<\/li><li>After the final cleaning by Pension &#8211; Susanna, the deposit will be refunded by bank transfer or by personal collection, e.g. the release requested at SwissCaution. <\/li><li>If the room is not returned in the same condition as when you moved in, the restoration costs will be charged and deducted from the rental deposit.<\/li><li>When moving in, an APP must be installed to open the apartment door and room door using a pin code and EKey.<\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Rental period<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ul><li>The rental period is automatically extended by a further month unless written notice of termination is given.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Responsibility of the long-term tenant<\/span><\/strong><\/p><ul><li>It is the responsibility of the long-term tenant to clean his room and keep it clean, cleaning cloths can be found in the room.<br>Further cleaning utensils can be found in the closet in the hallway &#8211; right door.<\/li><li>The long-term tenant is also responsible for keeping the WC \/ shower on the first floor clean &#8211; bear in mind that there may be another long-term tenant who uses this area and has the right to a clean area.<br>In particular, we attach great importance to the sink and tap being cleaned and wiped dry after use, the existing glasses at the sink are cleaned regularly &#8211; cleaning materials are available.<\/li><li>The toilet should also be permanently clean, toilet rim and toilet lid, toilet lid should be folded down after use.<\/li><li>This also applies to the shower area incl. mixer tap. <\/li><li>Additional cleaning utensils can be provided at any time on request.<\/li><li>There is a vacuum cleaner on the floor and a wet cleaning system in the guest WC for cleaning the room and WC \/ shower (water for cleaning can be taken from the kitchen).  <\/li><li>DO NOT store frozen food in the refrigerator.<\/li><li>Ventilate the room daily for at least 15 minutes (to prevent mold growth).<\/li><li>Regularly clean the refrigerator and microwave with a damp cloth.<\/li><li>The fresh bed linen provided by us for making up the beds is done by the long-term tenant himself, as is the removal of the used bed linen for washing.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Washing of personal laundry and work clothes<\/span><\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Laundry of long-term tenants is washed by us on a voluntary basis every 14 days (calculated from the day of moving in at Pension &#8211; Susanna) &#8211; maximum 1 wash cycle bsw. 1 machine. <\/li><li>There is no entitlement to our washing service at any time.<br>The Wohnheim Sonnenburg &#8211; Amriswilerstrasse 32 in Weinfelden offers a washing service for a fee, the laundry must be handed in there and collected a few days later<br>Price per small washing machine ( 7 kg ) = 10.00 CHF.<br>Price per large washing machine (10 kg) = 13.00 CHF<br>Tumbling (drying) of laundry per \u00bd hour = 5.00 CHF<br>There are various self-service laundrettes in Constance.<\/li><li>On request, personal items such as work clothes can be washed in between, this will then be charged at CHF 15.00 \/ washing machine incl. tumble dryer (drying) and is payable immediately.   <\/li><li>Please check your personal laundry and work clothes for any items in your pockets and remove them beforehand.<\/li><li>Turn garments right side out, close zippers, place socks individually in the washing tub.<\/li><li>Please leave the laundry bucket at the bottom of the stairs from Friday evening, Saturday morning at the latest by 10:00 a.m. We also leave finished laundry there for you to take up to your room &#8211; washing is always done over the weekend.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Waste disposal<\/span><\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Please use only the chargeable refuse bags for waste disposal (CHF 2.00 per 35 liter bag &#8211; available from us or buy a whole roll of 10 bags directly from Volg \/ Migros).<\/li><li>The full bags can be disposed of in the marked waste containers at the garage entrance.<\/li><li>You can dispose of PET bottles, drinks cans and glass at most grocery stores such as Migros, Coop, Aldi, Lidl and Volg.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Arrival time<\/span><\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Check-in is from 17:00 to 20:00, other times please contact us.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Non-appearance<\/span><\/strong><\/p><ul><li>If the guest does not show up within two hours of the agreed time without reporting a later arrival time, the guest loses the right to an overnight stay.<\/li><li>In the event of a no-show, the guest shall pay a lump sum of CHF 100.00 for the expenses incurred (blocking the room in advance for at least 30 days, any lost rental income during this period, administrative expenses).<\/li><\/ul><div class=\"policy-block__content-wrapper\"> <\/div><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>General house rules<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"text-align: left;\">Kitchen, living room, bathroom on the 1st floor etc. are not available to guests.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: left;\">Dishes in the room may be washed in the kitchen (until 19:30) &#8211; please keep the sink area clean.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: left;\">Cooking with appliances you have brought with you (hob, gas stove, camping stove, AirFryer, hot air fryer, etc.) is not permitted in the rooms. ) is not permitted in the rooms &#8211; a microwave with convection and grill function is available &#8211; a violation of this rule will automatically result in termination of the rental contract without notice and without reimbursement of the rental costs.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: left;\">Noise must be kept to a minimum during the night-time quiet period from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: left;\">Smoking is prohibited throughout the house (this includes all forms of smoking &#8211; tobacco heaters, e-cigarettes etc.). Smoking with an open window in the room is also prohibited &#8211; a violation of the smoking ban will automatically result in termination of the booking without notice and without refund of the rental costs.<\/li><li>Smoking is permitted in front of the house entrance from 07:30 to 22:00, an ashtray is provided for each tenant.<br>The seating area should be kept clean by the smokers.<\/li><li>When leaving the house, the front door must be double-locked with the key patch.<\/li><li>Also lock the front door twice when entering the house by turning the key knob.<\/li><li>Make sure you lock the front door as quietly as possible so as not to disturb other guests. The same applies to the room door. <\/li><li>Please store a maximum of 2 pairs of shoes in the shoe rack in the hallway, additional shoes can be stored in the room.<\/li><li>Pets of any kind are not permitted.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Room inventory<\/span><\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Crockery and cutlery are available in the room and should be cleaned after use, as washing up can be done in the kitchen.<\/li><li>Please leave the sink and the shelf clean after washing up in the kitchen.<\/li><li>If you bring your own electrical appliances and socket strips, you may need a plug adapter &#8211; you can buy these at Migros, or we can lend you a plug adapter as a transition. <\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Departure for the weekend or vacation outside Switzerland<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ul><li>Please let us know when you are going away for the weekend or on vacation, and let us know your return date.<\/li><li>Please hand in the key patch before you leave, we will put it in the key box on your return date and give you the opening code.<\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Check out<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ul><li>On the day of departure, the room must be vacated between 07:00 and 10:00 at the latest (other times are possible by prior arrangement).<\/li><li>If guests stay in the room longer than 12:00 noon on the day of check-out, the room rate per person is due.<\/li><li>Return of the house key when leaving the room on the day of departure.<\/li><li>The room is to be handed over in the same condition as when you moved in, with clean dishes, clean refrigerator and microwave.<\/li><li>It is possible to store your luggage until the evening of the day of departure.<\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Cancellation<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ul><li>Definitely booked reservations will be charged unless they are canceled 72 hours in advance.<\/li><li>In case of no-show, the first month&#8217;s rent will be charged &#8211; payable immediately upon receipt of the invoice.<\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Services of Pension &#8211; Susanna<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ul><li>We provide fresh bed linen and a set of towels at regular intervals.<\/li><li>At this time, please also have the towel set ready for washing.<\/li><li>We provide cleaning materials for the room and WC \/ shower on request.<\/li><li>All furniture and furnishings in the room.<\/li><li>Free Wlan \/ WIFI.<\/li><li>TV with Swisscom program.<\/li><li>Microwave with grill function.<\/li><li>Low-noise 45 liter refrigerator.<\/li><li>Tableware.<\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>  Defects, liability, damage, visitors<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"text-align: left;\">Complaints must be reported to Pension Susanna immediately.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: left;\">Pension Susanna is not liable for lost valuables.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: left;\">Any damage caused must be reported to us immediately and paid directly to us.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: left;\">Visitors can only be received by prior arrangement with Pension &#8211; Susanna.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Safety note<\/span><\/strong><\/p><ul><li>In the public areas of the house there is a camera surveillance system, which serves the security of the house and the guests:<br>&#8211; Living room area &amp; hallway &amp; staircase corridor 1st floor<\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Compulsory liability insurance<br><\/strong><\/span><\/p><ul><li>As a long-term tenant you need a liability insurance which is also valid in Switzerland, please present a copy of your liability insurance when moving in which is also valid in Switzerland.<\/li><li>If your liability insurance is not valid in Switzerland, we will take out compulsory liability insurance with a minimum term of 4 months (Mobiliar insurance regulations).<\/li><li>This insurance currently costs CHF 15.00 per month with a deductible of CHF 300.00 which covers the damage costs in the event of a claim by the tenant during the rental period.<\/li><li>This insurance can be terminated at the end of the tenancy or retained if desired.<\/li><li>The minimum term of liability insurance of 4 months in the amount of CHF 60.00 will be charged with the first month&#8217;s rent.<\/li><li>From the 5th month the monthly costs of 15.00 CHF will be charged in addition to the rent. <\/li><\/ul><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Registration with the municipality of Weinfelden<\/span><\/strong><\/p><ul><li><p>Registration with the residents&#8217;
