Waiting list – Request for long-term rental


You are welcome to register on our waiting list and we will contact you as soon as a room becomes available – however, as we only rent rooms on a monthly basis, this may take some time.

Long-term rental request

Current prices for our double room & 2-bed room - the single room is occupied until the end of the year.
  • Monthly rent: 950.- CHF for 1 person or 1'400.- CHF for 2 persons
  • One-time final cleaning fee : 250.- CHF. ( Not refundable ).
  • Rental deposit : 950.- CHF. for 1 person bsw. 1'400.- CHF. for 2 persons (will be refunded at the end of the rental period - if there are rent arrears or damages in the room, these will be deducted from the rental deposit).
  • First rental payment includes the first rent + deposit + final cleaning => 2'150.00 CHF and is to be paid immediately at check-in in cash or by credit card, Twint, debit card (plus 3.5 % fees).
  • Further rental payments in advance, at the latest on the 3rd working day of the new month according to the invoice.
Documents required for renting a room:
  • Identity card or ID
  • Copy of private liability insurance
  • Current debt enforcement excerpt ( Switzerland ) or Schufa excerpt ( Germany ) - other proof that there are no debts ( other countries )

Smoking is generally prohibited in our guesthouse, there is a possibility to smoke outside the front door from 07:30 to 22:00. We urge our smoking guests to comply with this rule out of consideration for other guests who are non-smokers.
